About the role
- Lead and accelerate new business growth in the Americas (US/CA/MX) commercial market for semiconductor and electronics test solutions
- Collaborate closely with business unit and account managers
- Refine business strategy, identify target accounts, and execute aligned account objectives to validate offerings and secure customer commitment
- Work with technical marketers, product managers, and R&D to create technical content
- Partner with test integration partners to identify new markets and develop joint business
- Build relationships with subject matter experts and customer leadership; position innovative solutions to customer needs
Requirements
- Education background in bachelors or master’s STEM degree required, Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to deliver on business results
- Experience in working with varied cultures & countries as part of a global organization
- Technical domain knowledge and/or system development experiences for 4G and 5G RAN and test
- Technical knowledge in mixed signal semiconductor products (Power Management IC, Signal Chain, Sensors, Data Converters)
- 5~10 years relevant hands-on experience in business development, sales, technical service, product and market development in telecommunications
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; strong communication, active listening, influencing and negotiation
- Acceptance of 10%-25% travel time
- Preferred: knowledge of high-speed digital communication, data converters, SERDES; test and measurement instruments (Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Signal Generators, SMUs, DMMs); Semiconductor ATE solutions
