Achieve sales objectives in assigned territory through development, maintenance, and enhancement of the business
Develop and maintain business relationships with targeted physicians, health care providers and customers focusing on the promotion of Company products
Create, maintain and increase sales within designated territory by influencing prescribing habits
Experience navigating 340B sales and calling on hospitals and health-related organizations
Identify and develop relationships with non-prescribing health care providers influencing account decisions
Provide contracting, training, technology troubleshooting and ongoing customer service to practices and hospitals
Identify practice needs for proprietary Inventory Management System and manage implementation and training
Communicate and partner regularly with other AMRs to manage overlapping accounts
Evaluate and monitor sales data reports weekly and prepare annual business plans and quarterly analysis
Maintain up-to-date database, complete routine reports, and comply with industry, regulatory and company guidelines
Attend and travel for Company meetings and trade shows
Manage promotional items and budgets and submit expense reports and CRM entries as required by SOPs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field
Two or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the urology industry
