Achieve sales objectives in assigned territory through development, maintenance, and enhancement of business with oncologists, urologists, nurses, pharmacists, hospitals and formulary committees.
Ensure customers' clinical conviction in the product and see sales through by providing training and ongoing customer service.
Develop territory business plans and work with sales management to maximize sales and marketing impact.
Call on health care providers and organizations within assigned territory and influence prescribing habits.
Identify and develop relationships with non-prescribing influencers (CEOs, CFOs, Nurse Navigators, injecting nurses, Medical Assistants, office managers).
Understand impact of purchasing coalitions, GPOs, IDNs and other health organizations in geography.
Provide contracting, training, technology troubleshooting and ongoing customer service to practices and hospitals.
Implement and manage Tolmar’s proprietary Inventory Management System and provide ongoing training within accounts.
Collaborate with other AMRs to manage overlapping accounts and evaluate sales data weekly.
Maintain up-to-date CRM database, complete routine reports, prepare annual business plans and conduct quarterly territory analyses.
Attend trade shows, company meetings, and travel as required; manage promotional items and budgets; comply with SOPs.
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field.
Two or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the urology industry.
