Business Development Rep

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the payments and fintech space
• Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, partners, and gateway providers
• Leverage experience with Cybersource, Cardstream, or similar gateways to support payment solutions
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and onboarding
• Work closely with internal teams (product, technical, operations, and risk) to deliver tailored payment solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in payments.
