About the role
- Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team.
- Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy.
- Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast‑to‑actual performance.
- Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on‑time delivery, and quality performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross‑functional teams are aligned.
- Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in the field of Program Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 2+ years leading teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services
- Experience driving customer account development.
- Strong customer relations and problem solving skills.
- Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
