About the role
- Sell new contracts for sprinkler systems.
- Responsible for bidding contract work, creating job schedules, and coordinating the delivery of tools.
- Identify and manage personnel assigned to each project and track labor efficiency.
- Represent the company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of wet based fire systems.
- Obtain all licensing and manufacturers’ certifications required to perform job function.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer retention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 5+ years’ of sales experience selling services is required.
- Ability to read job specifications to determine the proper use of products is required.
- NICET LEVEL III certification required.
- Proven knowledge of NFPA 13 is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
