Field Service Engineer

Sales Engineer

• Responsible for solution-oriented sales of consulting and engineering services in the field of machinery safety.
• Act as a technically proficient point of contact on equal terms with development, safety and production managers.
• Support customers from initial analysis through to implementation of standards-compliant safety solutions.
• Advisory sales of machine safety solutions including functional safety, CE compliance and safety-related automation.
• Analysis of customer requirements in machinery and plant engineering as well as industrial production.
• Identify new business opportunities and systematically expand existing customer relationships.
• Develop, price and negotiate technical proposals and project scopes.
• Close collaboration with internal engineering and safety experts.

• Independently perform maintenance on our products
• Carry out repair and service work
• Provide professional customer support
• Accurately document all services performed (service reports) in Salesforce
• Organize and manage your own spare parts requirements
