About the role
- Independently perform maintenance on our products
- Carry out repair and service work
- Provide professional customer support
- Accurately document all services performed (service reports) in Salesforce
- Organize and manage your own spare parts requirements
- Communicate with the Customer Service and Sales departments
Requirements
- Completed technical training in mechatronics/electronics or a comparable qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in assembly and service work
- Good PC skills and a valid driving license (class B)
- Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Independent, reliable working style and strong self-organization skills
- Willingness to travel for week-long assignments domestically and internationally
- Foreign language skills, preferably English
