Support employers and their international employees in a variety of occupational categories and industries, in collaboration with Attorneys.
Review and organize supporting documentation and information for use in case preparation.
Draft immigration application forms and supporting letters for Attorney review and filing.
Assist Attorneys in preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) issued by government agencies.
Maintain accurate client information by logging case progression and documentation into the firm’s immigration case management system.
Track and monitor the status of pending applications and provide updates to Attorneys and clients to ensure they remain informed of progress.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
1+ years of experience working in the immigration field as a Case Manager or Paralegal, including experience preparing employment-based immigration applications.
Understanding of employment-based green card processes, including I-140 and I-485.
Strong ability to manage a high caseload under strict deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively with Attorneys and fellow Case Managers in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Clear and professional communication and organizational skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in preparing immigration filings.
Empathy and patience in supporting clients through complex and sometimes repetitive immigration processes.
Commitment to providing highly responsive and proactive client service.
All work must be performed within the United States.
