Substitute for Senior Case Managers and mentor new writers/case managers
Participate in training and perform other duties as assigned
All work must be performed within the United States
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a writing-intensive or STEM field
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
Willingness and comfort in utilizing new technologies, legal research tools, and case management software
Thorough attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
An ability to continually refine your strong rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editing skills
Analytical mindset with a rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating an ability to provide insightful, constructive feedback to team members where necessary
Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
