Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional certification or license required if specified by a state
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical)
  • Other work experience or a graduate degree following completion of undergraduate degree
  • Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results
  • Account-based selling experience
  • Strong background in navigating complex integrated health systems
  • Extensive experience in specialty pharmacy distribution model
  • History of working with multiple cross-functional partners
  • Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent and influential
  • Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
