About the role

  • The Client Services Director serves as a strategic liaison between the client services and sales teams, driving client retention and growth through exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging market insight to inform business strategy & growth.
  • Design and implement client outreach strategies and growth plans to combat potential revenue losses
  • Conduct research to identify new potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Expand Elevates awareness within the staffing/brand activation ecosystem by regularly networking and sharing Elevates capabilities.
  • Lead RFP responses and create compelling PowerPoint presentations showcasing Elevate's value proposition
  • Target 25% organic growth of the client business annually through retained client portfolio development
  • Manage the Client Services Account Management Team to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients, identifying growth opportunities and setting clear objectives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, including introductory sessions, feedback discussions, and partnership reviews.
  • Secure referrals and expand client contact networks through relationship building and client entertainment.
  • Present the TOP 5 key accounts with growth plans to the Managing Director monthly.
  • Participate in Senior Management Team meetings and lead Growth Lab sessions.
  • Drive account management status documentation and delivery of growth targets.
  • Support sales departments' strategic projects and creation of marketing materials.
  • Manage HubSpot client management and comms to assess CST performance
  • Assist CST in supporting inbound client estimates, proposal creation, and RFP responses
  • Lead monthly client review meetings with the Managing Director's attendance
  • Foster a culture aligned with company values where high performers can prosper.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Client Services Teams.
  • Identify training and development needs and provide skill enhancement opportunities.
  • Promote a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client services/business leadership role within an agency environment
  • Specific experience within the brand activation agency category preferred
  • Track record of growing world-class teams delivering excellence for blue-chip brands
  • Experience managing large portfolios of client work
  • Demonstrable success in building strategic client partnerships
  • Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills for client communication
  • Strong project management skills with dedication to meeting timelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Commercially savvy approach with financial and problem-solving acumen
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for building trusted stakeholder relationships
  • First-class listening and communication skills with a willingness to confront issues
