About the role
- Lead pipeline growth for new integrated technology platform transforming private jet booking, management and experience.
- Focus on business development through strategic relationships with wealth advisors and private banks.
- Own a portfolio of contacts and drive new sales opportunities, developing a strong pipeline from select contacts.
- Establish strong working relationships with C-Level stakeholders both client and within Elevate.
- Act as voice of the customer and champion customer needs within Elevate.
- Drive internal deal approval, manage sales pursuits, and ensure signed contracts are shared for billing and reporting.
- Collaborate with global delivery, support, finance, legal teams to meet objectives.
- Register sales opportunities in CRM and include in management reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain involvement in client issue resolution including invoices and service incidents.
- Participate in sales enablement and solution training to enhance product knowledge.
- Travel up to 30-40% as required.
- Standard business hours expected.
Requirements
- Understand clients' business and market challenges and be able to articulate the capabilities of the digital marketplace to address such challenges.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders specifically C-Level suite, both at client and within Elevate to drive and facilitate meaningful conversations.
- Be a voice of the customer within Elevate, championing their cause for the mutual benefit of customers long term strategy and Elevate's strategic ambitions.
- Drive Deal approval process internally to secure alignment on deal proposals, sales support and manage sales pursuits as needed.
- Establish regular business review sessions articulating the state of the account, strategic objectives, project progress and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate in multi-cultural globally spread delivery, support, finance, legal and other teams of Elevate to meet business objectives.
- Solicit input from other stakeholder organizations when needed in the creation or ongoing management of the Sales Plan.
- Ensure signed contracts are shared with key stakeholders to foster timely billing, or for reporting activities.
- Register new sales opportunities (pipeline) electronically in CRM and ensure it is included in management reporting or sales forecasting activities.
- Maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, service incidents.
- Participate and continue activities (sales enablement training and/or solution overviews) to enhance product knowledge and understand solution roadmap/s.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understanding of the role of technology and digital transformations in solving business problems.
- Strategic thinker, with credible track record operating in a highly matrixed environment, focusing on continuous process improvement, revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with attention to details.
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local/national language.
- Demonstrated success in driving new customer acquisition and managing complex commercial engagements.
- Bachelor Degree Business, International Finance and Banking or equivalent.
- 4-10 years of proven success developing and maintaining relationships to an elite clientele or C-Suite level decision makers.
- Experience in the Banking industry a plus
- Experience in fintech sales or business development, with a focus on mid-to large enterprise merchants is preferred.
- Proven experience selling and fostering relationships with the executive leaders and private wealth management advisory boards.
