- The Role: Finch is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team!\n
- In this position, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth. Fostering long-lasting and productive relationships is a cornerstone of Finch’s growth. Our Account Management team is responsible for developing enduring growth between our customers and Finch, navigating strategic partnerships, and driving renewals and expansion.\n
- You'll be responsible for delivering customer lifetime value, with creative opportunities for strategic customization in support of our critical customers. Enhancing the post-sales phase of our customers’ journey is paramount to our collective success and will yield high client retention and NRR.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B account management or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to identify, simplify and articulate value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Aligns technical progress with business outcomes without much direction
