About the role
- Conduct regulatory research related to state licensing, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Update and maintain regulatory reference materials and tracking documents
- Analyze regulatory changes and summarize key impacts for internal stakeholders
- Assist in developing new research memoranda on emerging regulatory topics
- Support documentation, tracking, and organization of compliance materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather information and clarify regulatory requirements
- Present research findings in clear, concise written summaries
Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship program (May 18th- August 7th)
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (e.g., pre-law, political science, public policy, healthcare administration, business, or related field)
- Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Prior coursework in legal research, regulatory policy, or healthcare law
- Experience conducting structured research and drafting formal summaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
