Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues
Provide advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation
Conduct investigations including managing the witness lists, determining line of questioning, analyzing credibility, researching related records as needed
Debriefs leaders at all levels and HRBPs on findings
Provide oversight of the company's internal investigations of associate complaints
Serve as a liaison to Legal on associate relations matters
Develop and provide periodic associate relations-related analytical data and analyze trends to determine appropriate action plans
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred
Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
ServiceNow experience preferred
Fortune/large company experience preferred
