Product Marketing

• Reporting to the Sr. GTM Operations Manager with a dotted line to the regional Vice President Sales, Europe
• Support the execution of Elemica's Commercial Operating System across the European region
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, BDR/SDRs and Client Success
• Provide analytical, operational and administrative support that improves sales productivity, forecasting accuracy and commercial execution
• Support the VP Sales in day-to-day commercial operations
• Prepare customer briefings, account research and executive meeting materials
• Coordinate follow-up actions from regional reviews and leadership meetings
• Support strategic account planning and territory planning
• Maintain high-quality Salesforce data and reporting
• Produce dashboards and analysis for pipeline, forecasting, territory performance and KPIs
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecast Reviews, Territory Reviews and Strategic Account Reviews
• Support CPQ analysis, quoting processes and commercial reporting
• Assist with Salesforce enhancements, reporting, process improvements and Revenue Operations projects
• Support customer segmentation, pipeline management and GTM initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Professional Services and Revenue Operations to improve commercial execution
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors as required

Go-to-Market Operations Analyst

Client Partner

• Measure, analyze, and increase customer health and value indicators such as utilization/consumption rates (leading and KPI)
• Execute on Value Realization Plans and ensure Elemica clients achieve their value expectations within the agreed upon timeline
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively take action to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Identify and refer cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Ensure that Elemica retains clients at industry leading rates
• Provide operational feedback loop to ensure that the organization understands how to change to increase retention
• Develop uniquely strong customer loyalty; low-to-no customer attrition
• Generate repeat business more than peers; maintain a book of business that has high customer satisfaction/NPS scores relative to peers
• Partner with Success & Sales to position clients for success, deliver presentations, engage executives, and assist with escalations
• Drive change with clients; help create urgency to increase customer utilization of the solution
• Proactively demonstrate to the customer the value and benefits of partnering with Elemica
