About the role

  • Supporting and enhancing the current IT infrastructure, applications, and communications for Hungary and East Europe sites
  • Continuation of day-to-day operations
  • Working closely with helpdesk, global infrastructure application, and program management teams to resolve issues
  • Implement future enhancements on supported sites
  • Providing support to the Regional IT Manager
  • Working closely with the Global Engineering team
  • Ticket handling, desktop support, WAN, LAN, telecom, servers, storage, network infrastructure (switches, routers, etc.)
  • Desktop support, virtualization, security updates and patching
  • Helping to support local application delivery platforms including barcoding, MES, LIMS or other local systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Windows desktop and server experience
  • Degree or equivalent, or relevant current IT Certifications
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Fluent Hungarian Language is essential
  • Good English language skills
  • German language knowledge is a plus
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Basic Microsoft 365 administrative knowledge (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge
  • ServiceNow or any ticketing system
  • Productivity Tool experience – Microsoft Office
