Solutions Engineer

• Elicit business and technical requirements from the business stakeholders
• Define a solution architecture guided by the architectural drivers such as business and functional requirements, constraints, quality attributes
• Provide ballpark estimates based on the estimation methodologies
• Reengineer, document, review and analyze solution architectures using trade-off analysis methodology and other qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis.
• Support the Engagement team in pre-sales providing the technical expertise, architecture vision, and estimates
• Drive the project bootstrap cooperating with the development team and passing the knowledge and architectural vision to them
• Support long-term projects from the architectural perspective making and reviewing design decisions, documenting the architecture, communicating with the client’s technical peers, participating in creation of the PoC and prototypes and collaborating with the development teams
• Choose among the technologies, reference architectures, and patterns and evaluate the candidate solutions based on the objective drivers, constraints, and criteria
• Travel onsite to perform the client consulting services

Solution Architect – Dedicated NA Team

SDET

• Strengthen and extend our automated regression framework so the team can trust the results on every nightly run — assess the current state, propose a path forward, and execute
• Push testing left: when a nightly regression catches a defect, drive a unit or integration test to catch the same class of problem on the next build
• Build and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across our stack — Python test framework, C# APIs running in Azure, SQL and MongoDB
• Own the quality of the numbers, not just the code — build golden-master and tolerance-based tests for the financial calculations at the heart of BASIS and AtlasOne, where a basis point of drift in a projection is a defect that needs to be caught
• Own the CI/CD quality gates — decide what blocks a merge, what blocks a release, and how flaky tests get quarantined rather than ignored
• Treat performance as a quality attribute — stand up performance regression coverage for calc-heavy paths so we catch slowdowns the same week they’re introduced, not the quarter a client notices
• Close the loop with production — work alongside the team to monitor Azure alerts, logs, and traces; investigate escaped defects from production support tickets; and feed what you find back into the right test layer
• Develop, document, and execute functional and regression tests across both the established BASIS desktop client and the growing web-based experience that is replacing it; help us continually improve how we automate testing across both applications as the platform evolves
• Use AI tools like Claude Code to expand coverage, generate test scaffolding, and continuously sharpen our QA process
• Help raise the floor on what “tested” means across the team — partner with developers on testable design, review test code in PRs, and share what you learn so quality becomes a shared discipline
• Diagnose application issues using browser dev tools (Chrome, Edge) and database tooling (SQL, MongoDB)
• Manage story and bug tickets from creation through closure
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to refine requirements before they become defects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies — standups, planning, grooming, retros — but expect those to feel more like working conversations than process for its own sake. We’re a tight-knit team that values people who reach out, ask questions, and enjoy collaborating
• Serve as second-level support for internal user questions and issues

Senior Automation Test Engineer, Python

DevOps Engineer

• Perform hands-on technical inventory of tools across environments
• Conduct integration mapping (GitHub, Jira, qTest, CI/CD dependencies)
• Support identity and access architecture (AD/Entra, SSO, user provisioning)
• Assess migration complexity and contribute to risk register and SOW inputs
• Support migration and consolidation of tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, qTest, Informatica, NeoLoad, and BrowserStack
• Configure and validate integrations, CI/CD workflows, and automation setups
• Support bulk user provisioning and per-tool entitlements

DevOps Engineering Manager

Backend Engineer

• Develop solutions and algorithms according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation; use standard algorithms in the applicable cases
• Write program code according to the defined application architecture
• Structure and format the source code, comment and mark up the code, as well as name variables, functions, classes, data structures, and files according to the company conventions and industry best practices
• Modify existing code and verify its functioning. Analyze code compliance with readability and performance standards
• Use version control systems to track code optimization progress and to merge or split program code entities. Commit changes according to version control rules
• Perform analysis, verification, and debugging of the software code at the level of application units
• Detect defects, apply debugging methods and techniques, correctly interpret bug reports, as well as apply modern compilers, debuggers, and program code optimizers
