Senior PM – Transition Management Office Lead, Health Insurance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive end-to-end transition governance across all phases
- Manage transition plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure quality gate compliance and execution discipline
- Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively
- Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readinessEnsure adherence to governance processes and sign-offs
- Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-6+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong ITIL expertise with solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS)
- Proven experience in managing stable production environments through effective governance of managed service vendors
- Demonstrated ability to ensure service reliability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement within a vendor-driven support model
- Strong project/program management skills with a track record of successful delivery
- High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and retain complex concepts
- Persistent, accountable, and results-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Fluent English
