About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate internal training programs, educational events, and learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts to organize knowledge-sharing activities
  • Prepare educational materials, presentations, and visual content
  • Moderate learning events, workshops, and training sessions in Ukrainian and English
  • Administer corporate learning resources and platforms (LMS, SharePoint, Workday Learning, etc.)
  • Maintain training records, educational databases, and documentation
  • Coordinate classroom, virtual, and e-learning activities
  • Organize external educational events and university partnership initiatives
  • Support student internships, training programs, and cooperation with universities
  • Process employee requests related to learning and development activities
  • Keep up to date with trends in education and university-business collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and structured approach to work
  • Confident PC user
  • Experience creating presentations and visual materials using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with Moodle or other LMS platforms is a plus
