About the role
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards
- Supervise and mentor caregivers in the field to deliver exceptional care
- Implement and monitor QAPI and clinical improvement programs
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure service excellence and staff development
- Maintain effective communication and coordination across all departments
- Support staff scheduling and field coverage as needed
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in home care or community-based healthcare
- Knowledge of Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
