Accounting Manager

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the organisation's analytical accounting framework
• Responsible for reviewing purchase requests from an accounting perspective

Software Engineer

• SuiteScript development: Build and maintain NetSuite customisations and JavaScript automations.
• Workflow optimisation: Create and improve approval flows, notifications, validations, and supporting scripts.
• Technical implementation: Deliver enhancements based on specifications defined by the Technical Lead and Business Process Owner.
• Issue resolution: Investigate and fix issues related to scripts, configuration, access, workflows, and approvals.
• Automated testing & deployment: Contribute to automated testing and deployment processes to ensure safe, repeatable releases.
• Documentation: Produce technical and user documentation to support consistency and autonomy.
• Internal applications agent: Help shape and improve an internal applications support agent (content, flows, integration points) to automate common requests.
• Vendor management: Manage the external provider responsible for NetSuite support and maintenance.

Applications Developer

Account Manager

• Design and implement a high-level strategy to build bridges between EIT HEI projects and EIT KICs
• Identify and map relevant synergies between EIT HEI projects and EIT KICs
• Develop a strategic framework, in collaboration with all EIT KICs, to support the operationalization and implementation of these synergies
• Design and implement, in collaboration with all EIT KICs, a set of tailored support actions, activities, events and workshops to support further collaborations between EIT HEI projects and the EIT KICs
• Track, document and report on the resulting collaborations, and design relevant indicators to analyse the impact of this collaboration on both EIT KICs and HEI projects
• Supporting the development of strategic partnerships and activities that reinforce the role of Higher Education Institutions as key actors within the EIT ecosystem
• Identifying and facilitating opportunities for deeper integration of EIT HEI Initiative outcomes into KIC activities, contributing to the long-term sustainability and impact of the programme
• Support the management of the EIT HEI community
• Contribute to the implementation of activities that strengthen collaboration and engagement between the EIT KICs and the EIT HEI Community
• Support the delivery of a structured pipeline connecting organizations involved in EIT HEI funded projects and start-ups emerging from EIT HEI projects with relevant EIT KICs
• Periodic monitoring of EIT HEI projects ensuring that they deliver according to plan (KPIs, deliverables, milestones, etc.)
• Liaising with operations teams to offer quality support to funded projects, notably the legal, the project management office (PMO), and finance teams within EIT Urban Mobility

• Lead and grow the EIT Supernovas Community by engaging women entrepreneurs, investors, ambassadors, and ecosystem stakeholders across Europe.
• Manage community activities and communication channels, fostering networking, collaboration, peer learning, and member participation online and offline.
• Coordinate onboarding and engagement journeys for community members, ensuring active participation in programmes, events, and opportunities.
• Develop and promote community content, success stories, and engagement campaigns to increase visibility, retention, and ecosystem impact.
• Monitor community performance and stakeholder engagement metrics, using insights to improve community experience, growth, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and investors.
• Support Supernovas’ network growth and ensure activities are attractive for partnerships.
• Align communications, campaigns, and events to maximize visibility, leads, and business opportunities.
• Implement and adapt HQ marketing plans for Supernovas initiatives.

Content Manager

• Support the successful delivery of UMX courses, ensuring they meet revenue, KPI and compliance requirements.
• Assist the Head of the Professional Education in developing the strategic framework for new training programs and annual Project Calls.
• Support the alignment of UMX activities with the company’s Priority Domains.
• Support the Head of Professional Education and Academy leadership in scouting new grants and funding opportunities to expand our training portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with professional training and mobility experts across Europe.
• Act as the primary internal "go-to person" for new mobility courses by actively participating in events, reviewing publications, and monitoring trends.
• Act as the "content supervisor" for a selection of internal UMX courses.
• Partner with the UMX F2F Course Business Manager to identify new face-to-face courses and business development opportunities.
• Occasionally support cross-departmental initiatives beyond UMX/Academy.
