About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the successful delivery of UMX courses, ensuring they meet revenue, KPI and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Head of the Professional Education in developing the strategic framework for new training programs and annual Project Calls.
- Support the alignment of UMX activities with the company’s Priority Domains.
- Support the Head of Professional Education and Academy leadership in scouting new grants and funding opportunities to expand our training portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with professional training and mobility experts across Europe.
- Act as the primary internal "go-to person" for new mobility courses by actively participating in events, reviewing publications, and monitoring trends.
- Act as the "content supervisor" for a selection of internal UMX courses.
- Partner with the UMX F2F Course Business Manager to identify new face-to-face courses and business development opportunities.
- Occasionally support cross-departmental initiatives beyond UMX/Academy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years working experience(s) in urban mobility with a focus on at least one of the priority domains.
- Track record of content mastery and network building.
- 3+ years working experience(s) in managing/producing learning activities and trainings, preferably in a blended format (partly online, partly on-site).
- Strong passion for sustainable urban mobility, for mobility technology and innovation.
- Demonstrable expertise, recent project experience, and/or a strong active professional network specifically in autonomous mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1 level or above), both written and spoken.
- Committed, proactive, trustworthy, accurate, and respectful of timelines and deadlines.
- A positive 'can-do' and hands-on mindset, curious and fast digital learner capable of adapting to digital tools like NetSuite and WordPress.
- Motivation to work and take leadership of new initiatives, in fast-moving and innovative environments.
