About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • SuiteScript development: Build and maintain NetSuite customisations and JavaScript automations.
  • Workflow optimisation: Create and improve approval flows, notifications, validations, and supporting scripts.
  • Technical implementation: Deliver enhancements based on specifications defined by the Technical Lead and Business Process Owner.
  • Issue resolution: Investigate and fix issues related to scripts, configuration, access, workflows, and approvals.
  • Automated testing & deployment: Contribute to automated testing and deployment processes to ensure safe, repeatable releases.
  • Documentation: Produce technical and user documentation to support consistency and autonomy.
  • Internal applications agent: Help shape and improve an internal applications support agent (content, flows, integration points) to automate common requests.
  • Vendor management: Manage the external provider responsible for NetSuite support and maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant studies in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (applications administration, ERP/application logic, or related technical role).
  • Technical skills: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS.
  • English proficiency (C1 written and spoken).
  • Software development background or experience working with application logic and workflows.
  • Ability to understand and write pseudocode to design, explain, or review logic for workflows and scripts.
  • Ability to read code and support applications, reports, and processes.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Interest in new tools and technologies.
