Field Engineer

• Lead a team of Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) that support key customers and channel Partners
• Deliver and coordinate technical expertise, training, tech support, and design-wins for key customers
• Collaborate with Sales to drive business and technical strategies
• Partner with customers to develop solutions that meet system requirements
• Provide internal strategic direction for customer systems applications and quality-related objectives
• Drive technical support to customers and the field sales force
• Work with internal marketing to determine product feasibility

Field Applications Engineering Manager

Manager

• Ensure availability and continuity of supply and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy.
• Engage suppliers and partners in resolving supply shortages and identifying root-cause to prevent future shortages.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies.
• Manage inventory scheduling and delivery and make order adjustments with suppliers as necessary due to scheduling or availability changes.
• Work with partners to monitor performance of key process indicators through aligned metrics.

Intern – Supply Manager, FE ISM

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations and projects of the Taiwan bench, ensuring flawless execution and timely completion.
• Support all functions with urgent repair requests.
• Collect and analyze new information extensively, staying abreast of industry trends and new technologies in components.
• Lead team members in developing new repair projects and formulating long-term plans and execution strategies.
• Cooperate with Central bench, other site benches, and external departments to understand user needs.
