About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the vision and roadmap for FE labor productivity
  • Collaborate on hiring strategies to drive continuous productivity improvements
  • Achieve BIC FE Labor Metrics
  • Design robust models and analytics frameworks to improve labor productivity
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions
  • Promote adoption of AI and analytics solutions
  • Partner with FE functional leaders and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Provide governance and execution support for Speed Execution Alignment (SEAL)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor operations
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience driving standardization, operational efficiency, and labor productivity
  • Proven track record of leading projects involving innovative technologies and advanced data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
  • Expertise in statistics, data analysis, modeling, and structured problem solving
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability in personnel and resource management
  • Advanced project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in systems, applications, and Microsoft Office tools
