Support product containment, risk assessment, and disposition of deviated material in the fabrication facility
Communicate with Global Quality (GQ) engineers and probe production teams to release QRA material holds
Use data analysis tools to extract and analyze hold data, recommend and complete disposition strategies
Identify and contain non-conforming wafers and assess risk to outgoing product quality
Lead or support global projects to deploy and enhance quality systems and business processes
Support central QA system setup for new Micron facilities, including ID1 Boise
Drive and implement new Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) and Part Average Testing (PAT) strategies
Develop QA dashboards and automated reports using R, Python, or Tableau and build machine learning models and interactive web API dashboards to predict wafer/die-level quality
Develop and deploy Web APIs to serve AI/ML models in the Semiconductor environment
Automate product disposition and risk assessment reporting
Support transfer and qualification of new products into the VA fab and contribute to development of advanced quality systems and predictive analytics
Collaborate extensively with process and product engineering, quality teams, and global partners to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability
Requirements
Master's Degree in Electrical, Materials Science, & Microelectronics Engineering OR Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience and relevant semiconductor manufacturing or testing experience
Must have coursework in semiconductor device physics and/or fabrication
Experience with CMOS reliability failure models and basic understanding of DRAM or FLASH memory component's reliability
Basic coursework or understanding in statistics, probability theory, and machine learning
Experience in using Python for Data Analysis, Visualization, and Machine Learning
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in using Semiconductor devices and/or processing
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in developing Web APIs to deploy AI and Machine Learning models in either an academic or professional setting
Preferred: Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills and ability to innovate and collaborate in a team environment
