Content Manager

• Day-to-day management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met and social output is high quality
• Delivery of social content assets e.g. monthly content calendars, content projects, in collaboration with creative and specialist teams, managing multiple components with great attention to detail
• Project management and collaboration – working with a wide variety of team members to ensure work is delivered on time and resource is planned to deliver requirements
• Ideation and brainstorming
• Brief-writing – translating client needs into actionable briefs
• Reporting on content performance – gathering learnings and benchmarking metrics to present to clients and the rest of the team, and setting clear actions to implement
• Managing light touch/lo-fi content capture (e.g. TikTok creation)
• Community management – including reactive and proactive responses, sentiment tracking, etc.
• Content scheduling – using tools like Sprout Social and natively
• Supporting Social Partner team with campaign planning, proposals, and social audits and analysis when required
