• Create social approaches across teams that feel connected, not silo’d, that contain full funnel planning and ladder up to real business impact.
• Collaborate with key teams such as the Account Management teams through owned / organic social, and via Growth and New Business working on pitches and proposals.

• Reviewing current tech stack, tools and licenses to ensure we have the best methods to deliver on client objectives successfully.
• Driving commercial success for accounts, understanding targets and pushing growth within retainers.
• Own the strategy, structure and success of the Media and Performance department – implementing operational standards across all accounts.
• Drive performance across all accounts, inspiring teams, supporting with reporting insight and training sessions.
• Setting KPIs in conjunction with teams across paid and owned to ladder up to real business impact.
• Showcase fresh paid approaches and measurement tactics, across all clients, working with external teams understand context / challenges.
• Testing and innovation – A/B testing, alphas/betas, creative experimentation.
• Bring thought leadership and solutions for modern advertising techniques and landscape changes across social.

Channel Strategy Lead

Video Editor

• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have)
• Shoot content using a range of lightweight cameras (e.g. smartphones, DJI Osmo, DSLR)
• Shooting on location (London & beyond) on a weekly basis
• Work closely with creative and production teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life
• Adapt content for different social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), understanding platform nuances and tone
• Assist on shoots as a DIT, logger, or support editor when needed
• Take ownership of organising footage, hard drives, and project files in line with internal systems
• Handle basic sound and colour corrections as part of the edit workflow
• Occasionally self-shoot and edit smaller projects independently

Copywriter

• - Write engaging content for social channels
• - Produce long & short-form storytelling for a variety of social & digital placements
• - Lead on the creation & delivery of high-impact editorial calendars
• - Push creative thinking & work closely with creatives, producers, video editors & co-creators to develop compelling stories to support your editorial plans
• - Work closely with strategists & creatives to interpret client briefs & develop content plans / campaign proposals
• - Adapt content ideas & copy for different social media channels, understanding platform nuances and tone
• - Support other editorial & strategy colleagues in developing editorial strategies for clients – helping them to align their overall brand and creative proposition with their wider content output

Social Copywriter, Mid-Weight

Graphics Designer

• Weekly research on social creative design and share findings during team meetings/ via Slack.
• Collaborate with social team to create high quality video and designed content for our social clients as part of monthly retainers and ad hoc campaigns/projects.
• Provide design support for the variety of creative projects the agency tackle e.g. website design, branding, print, event collateral, pitch presentations, photography and video.
• The position is client facing, so you’ll be able to present to, and collaborate with clients.
• Challenge the Creative team by keeping up to date on latest trends, innovations and progression in the design sector.
