About the role
- Lead the planning, localization, and execution of Global Marketing campaigns and regional marketing tactics for North America
- Serve as primary liaison between Global Marketing and North American Sales; research local market specifics and refine value propositions for region-specific messaging
- Manage and maintain all North American marketing channels including digital platforms, social media, direct marketing, and PR ensuring alignment with global strategies
- Partner with segment leaders to develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies
- Implement and measure ROI-driven marketing initiatives across landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, and content creation
- Collaborate with product marketing to distribute sales collateral including pitch decks, product information, case studies, videos, tech sheets, blogs, and whitepapers
- Collaborate with Events team to promote and increase engagement in key EGYM events within North America
- Establish KPIs to measure campaign success and communicate priorities, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Act as EGYM North America brand advocate ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels
Requirements
- At least 4 years of broad experience across multiple marketing disciplines
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Performance-driven marketer with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing strategies
- Ability to analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions and retention
- Strong, creative writer, particularly for short-form content
- Capable of developing own creative assets for local campaigns using provided tools and templates when needed
- Able to thrive in both strategic and hands-on roles and manage timelines under pressure
- Enjoy coordinating across departments and collaborating on creative and strategic projects
- Comfortable with travel expectations (domestic and international) at 15-20% and have a valid passport
