About the role

  • Resource Innovations is looking for a seasoned, conceptually driven Senior Copywriter to join our in-house creative team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a versatile writer with strong agency experience(preferred), a collaborative spirit, and a proven ability to craft compelling copy across a wide range of formats — from digital ads and campaign headlines to short-form video scripts and brand messaging.
  • As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll work closely with senior creatives, designers, and marketers to develop clear, engaging creative that aligns with our brand voice and business goals. You’ll bring sharp thinking and strategic insight to every brief, while also contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.
  • The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment, thrives under tight deadlines, and is passionate about delivering work that’s both effective and creatively strong.
  • Key Responsibilities: Concept Development & Writing: Generate campaign concepts and messaging across digital, video, and social platforms; Write headlines, ad copy, scripts, and other short-form content; Collaborate with design to align visuals and language; Bring a strategic lens to content. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, and marketers; Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and client discussions; Mentor junior writers. Production & Workflow: Adapt copy across channels and formats; Manage multiple projects; Ensure copy is accurate, polished. Problem Solving and Ownership: Balance multiple projects; Approach creative challenges with resourcefulness; Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a copywriting role, with a strong portfolio of conceptual and executional work
  • Strong examples of ad copy, short-form video scripts is a plus
  • Strong command of tone, voice, structure, and storytelling
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging language
  • Team-first mindset with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Confident presenting work and engaging in creative feedback loops
  • Comfortable contributing to cross-disciplinary creative teams
  • Conceptual thinker who thrives on problem solving and idea generation
  • Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and highly accountable
