About the role
- Handle multiple high-complexity projects, ensuring top-quality outcomes and meeting client expectations
- Work closely with senior executives, lead strategic direction, and prepare impactful presentations for steering committees
- Manage and coach teams, typically overseeing 7+ consultants
- Actively engage in business development by identifying client needs and proposing solutions with a commercial mindset
- Seek opportunities for conversations with senior client stakeholders and leverage network for recruitment activities
- Support clients across the Americas and deliver rapid assessments, short-term savings realisation, or long-term procurement partnerships
Requirements
- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience digging into complex challenges at a leading management consultancy or relevant industry position
- Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain
- Project management and people management experience
- Experience managing and coaching teams (typically overseeing 7+ consultants)
- Strong academic background
- Flexibility to travel and willingness to support clients across the Americas
