• Effectual Senior DevOps Architects are responsible for technical leadership of Professional Services projects.
• Partner with Engagement Managers (EMs) to deliver an exceptional customer and delivery team experience.
• Lead DevOps transformation and platform engineering initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms, container orchestration systems, and cloud automation solutions while mentoring client teams through their DevOps adoption journey.
• Architect CI/CD platforms and Kubernetes infrastructure using best practices.
• Design automation frameworks, observability strategies, and security integration patterns.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Provide technical guidance and DevOps mentorship to client engineering teams.
• Lead DevOps transformation workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and pipeline challenges; create comprehensive documentation.

• Championing technical excellence by:
• Driving the implementation of leading practice architecture for assigned clients.
• Architecting and building solutions in AWS (e.g., Landing Zones, container platforms, application hosting environments, data storage solutions, etc.) using various AWS services like Control Tower, EKS/ECS, S3, Transit Gateway, EC2, etc.
• Conducting cost-benefit and risk-reward analyses
• Designing solutions, development and deployment plans, and high-level solution validation processes for execution by delivery teams
• Being accountable for the overall technical success of client projects
• Working with technology management to refine project management processes to continually improve technical delivery efficacy.
• Assisting in prioritizing and sequencing infrastructure projects, supporting project work breakdown activities, helping to remove roadblocks, and collaboratively resolving disagreements related to solution design.
• Fostering continual learning and collaboration by:
• Serving as a mentor to team members around leading practices
• Educating clients on solution rationale and leading practices
• Building consensus amongst all technical stakeholders
• Supporting rigorous project governance and execution through:
• Meeting with team members daily to review progress.

Cloud Architect

• Utilize AWS migration tools and methodologies to assess, plan, and execute migrations of workloads to the AWS platform.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application migrations across compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Utilize AWS services such as AWS Migration Hub (MGN) or Database Migration Service (DMS) to facilitate migrations.
• Implement and manage cloud services and resources, such as virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and serverless computing
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates to streamline the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost optimization
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to client cloud engineers and support teams as they adopt AWS
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce cloud security measures, including access controls, encryption, and threat detection.
• Support incident response and troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal service disruptions
