• Project Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring understanding of organizational goals and priorities. Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and client needs.
• Resource Allocation & Optimization: Allocate resources across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify resource gaps and constraints, and collaborate with partners to address resource needs.
• Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities to improve costs and improve project profitability.
• Client Relationship & Business Development: Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals. Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior team members and fostering their professional development. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in project management and client engagement.
• Risk Management: Evaluates risk assessment for complex projects. Audit projects to identify risk status. Develop and own paths to green resolutions for identified risks.
