About the role
- Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with target clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the firm's market presence
- Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our services
- Network actively within relevant industries and professional organizations to generate leads and build brand awareness
- Lead and oversee complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams
- Provide strategic guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong and lasting partnerships
- Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's overall strategy and growth initiatives
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to key decision-making processes
- Identify opportunities for service innovation and expansion
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership
- Uphold the firm's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to project teams
- Contribute to the recruitment and retention of top talent

Requirements
- 15 + years of progressive experience in management consulting
- Proven track record of successful business development and exceeding sales targets
- Deep expertise in [Specific Industry/Functional Area(s) relevant to your firm]
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex consulting engagements
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with experience interacting at the executive level
