About the role
- Program manage security and force protection hardware systems and operations securing resources and facilities across multiple geographic sites and airfields in the U.S. and overseas
- Oversee effective and efficient physical security strategies and implement long-term risk management decision strategies aligning resources and requirements
- Develop strategic framework, concept of operations, and doctrine to safeguard national defense assets and personnel from security threats
- Oversee command and control centers monitoring daily defensive countermeasures and intrusion detection systems, directing security response
- Manage defensive countermeasure and intrusion detection hardware systems and training for security teams deploying worldwide
- Develop comprehensive plans and solutions synchronizing physical security, anti-terrorism, and force protection technologies, regulations, and operational best practices
- Work alongside thought leaders in operations, engineering, and sustainment to advise client and guide teams
- Assist customer in program managing security and force protection systems and operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in defensive counter measure systems security
- Experience developing and implementing operational plans, procedures, and training materials
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of defensive counter measure system hardware and technologies, regulations, and operational best practices, including detection, identification, and mitigation solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with the military, working with various law enforcement or host nation government agencies on defensive counter measure systems related matters (nice to have)
- Experience employing defensive counter measure systems to increase security posture (nice to have)
- Experience with project management tools and techniques (nice to have)
- Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies (nice to have)
- Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (nice to have)
- Master's degree in a Defense or Security related field (nice to have)
