About the role
- Provide mission support as an Exercise and Exercise Control Cell Operations Planner to the United States Army
- Deliver continuous planning and coordination support throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events and a Live, Virtual, and Constructive exercise
- Plan and execute CTC rotations as an operations group team member
- Track CTC operations and monitor battle rhythm events using Command and Control platforms
- Serve on the team that facilitates and provides the client with a Common Operational Picture
- Assist in replication of higher headquarters functions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at the Brigade level or below
- 2+ years of experience with exercise planning, coordinating, and executing Live, Virtual, and Constructive exercises at the Brigade level and below
- 2+ years of experience working at a Division, Corps, Joint, or Multinational headquarters
- Experience with Army or Joint Doctrine and Training Policy
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Completion of CGSC, ILE, MEL 4, or a Battle Staff Course
