Serve as a telecommunication specialist working with a program management office (PMO)
Manage mission systems Technical Order (TO)/Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTOs)
Conduct TO/TCTO verification and validation (V&V)
Work with government and external stakeholders developing and maintaining TCTOs associated with communication systems
Perform TDY duties unsupervised while overseeing and evaluating contractor performance
Assist the PMO with developing, testing, and fielding prototype capabilities

Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a DoD equipment specialist
5+ years of experience working with aircraft mission communication systems
Experience using Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of E-4B mission systems
Top Secret clearance
Associate's degree
5+ years of experience working with E-4B mission communication systems
Experience with DoD technical orders account management
Ability to conduct TDY travel up to 120 days per year
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent team collaboration skills
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
