About the role
- Analyze your customer’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate discussions with leadership and an interdisciplinary team to refine your customer’s definition of success
- Identify challenges and opportunities, and implement solutions
- Work as part of a team to transform defense acquisition processes for the benefit of the soldier
Requirements
- Experience in defense acquisition programs in a project management or operations role
- Knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program operations, and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with program leadership, problem-solve with program staff, and implement process changes
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Experience working in Army acquisition programs, including ground systems, with operation and process improvements
- Secret clearance
