About the role

  • Play a leadership role as the business liaison and the organization’s subject matter expert in assigned area
  • Build strong internal relationships with Sales, Product, Governance, Customer Implementations, Marketing and others as assigned to increase key deliverables in assigned area
  • Conceive and champion urgent solutions to problems as they arise
  • Manage client engagement in pre-sales launch activities including: Proof of Concept participant engagement; data acquisition and business case development
  • Manage channel and innovation partner engagements
  • Provide in-field consultative and technical support throughout key stages in the sales cycle and post-delivery; may represent company in client led joint application design sessions
  • Develop and enhance senior level relationships with key decision makers and business owners
  • Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 or more years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of financial service providers, processors and value added resellers in the financial industry
  • Extensive knowledge of risk related payments, depositions, transactions account opening and identity
  • Extensive knowledge of fraud and risk mitigation with financial institutions
  • Working knowledge of the use of analytic tools and the ability to explain the benefits and application to others
  • Extensive knowledge of automated systems, services, processes, policies and procedures
  • Understanding of APIs, connectivity and transmission methods and the ability to effectively consult and educate clients on the proper use of them for assigned products
  • Effective leadership skills to develop and retain highly engaged, high performing teams
  • Proven consultative and technical sales background with strong network of relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding and interpretation of data analytics for performance reporting and/or business case development
