Perform as a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visual content that enhances brand identity and communicates core values.
Develop and produce a wide range of design materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and possibly videos.
Ensure all designs adhere to 508 compliance guidelines, maintaining accessibility and usability.
Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to create effective and visually appealing assets that reinforce the office's mission and purpose.
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet both design and functional requirements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design
Experience with 508 compliance to design and develop accessible products
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data presentations, and analytic ideas
Experience working within the government or defense sectors
Knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC)
Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic designs
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
