About the role
- Design and management of Airport Lounge business development opportunities
- Lead design pipeline for assigned projects by managing the design phase, architectural partners, and external consultants
- Lead projects from feasibility and site assessment through Opening
- Responsible for hitting development timeline and project budget goals
- Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Conduct regular meetings with the project team
- Forge relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- At least 5 years interior design or architecture experience within the hospitality industry
- At least 5 years of experience working with AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Illustrator
- At least 3 years of experience in vendor management or relationship management
- At least 3 years of experience working with and sourcing architectural materials, finishes and furniture, fixtures and equipment
