About the role

  • Establish strategies related to go to market, marketing and sales
  • Manages a team of territory/account managers and/or sales managers across a defined region to achieve financial goals
  • Contributes to sales strategy definition, defines sales targets of team
  • Holds full P&L responsibility for the assigned region.
  • Leads a team of territory/account managers and/or sales managers to achieve their financial goals
  • Managing, developing and supporting Clinical Specialist team.
  • Collaborating with key functions to implement the TMTT business model; Public Affairs, Bids & Tenders, Customer Solutions, Finance & HR
  • P&L management and optimization
  • Drives commercialization of Edwards products and services across the region of moderate size

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Extensive progressive sales experience
  • Demonstrated successful track record of managing a team of sales employees
  • Extensive medical devices industry experience
  • Experience in launching new products or new business models within the Device Industry in Canada.
