About the role
- Establish strategies related to go to market, marketing and sales
- Manages a team of territory/account managers and/or sales managers across a defined region to achieve financial goals
- Contributes to sales strategy definition, defines sales targets of team
- Holds full P&L responsibility for the assigned region.
- Leads a team of territory/account managers and/or sales managers to achieve their financial goals
- Managing, developing and supporting Clinical Specialist team.
- Collaborating with key functions to implement the TMTT business model; Public Affairs, Bids & Tenders, Customer Solutions, Finance & HR
- P&L management and optimization
- Drives commercialization of Edwards products and services across the region of moderate size
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Extensive progressive sales experience
- Demonstrated successful track record of managing a team of sales employees
- Extensive medical devices industry experience
- Experience in launching new products or new business models within the Device Industry in Canada.
