About the role
- Manage and coordinate EQUIP - Field and Sales Training Program with TMTT
- Identify ongoing educational and project needs
- Create and oversee key learning events
- Provide leadership and management to team members focused on training operations
- Develop a training schedule that optimizes efficient use of resources
- Lead ongoing efficiency improvements in vendor and consultant payments
- Investigate and analyze ongoing training needs and develop training plans and programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in relative medical device sales and clinical field training program leadership experience
- People management experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% (daytime, overnight, car or air travel)
