About the role
- Use of case management system to manage customer contacts and order detail
- Proactively track, resolve, and escalate orders or cases
- Place and monitor orders via phone, fax, and email
- Proactively communicate backorders, order status, product availability
- Resolve complex issues via root cause analysis investigation
- Prioritize high work volumes from various communication channels
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to coach others
- Process customer returns and coordinate with Inventory Teams
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of related experience
- Experience with an ERP software (e.g., JDE)
- Customer service experience in a call center environment (Preferred)
- Experience in a cloud-based case management system, e.g. Salesforce (Preferred)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong Time Management Skills
