About the role

  • Use of case management system to manage customer contacts and order detail
  • Proactively track, resolve, and escalate orders or cases
  • Place and monitor orders via phone, fax, and email
  • Proactively communicate backorders, order status, product availability
  • Resolve complex issues via root cause analysis investigation
  • Prioritize high work volumes from various communication channels
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to coach others
  • Process customer returns and coordinate with Inventory Teams

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Experience with an ERP software (e.g., JDE)
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment (Preferred)
  • Experience in a cloud-based case management system, e.g. Salesforce (Preferred)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong Time Management Skills
