About the role
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP GRC, SAP CPI, SAP PP/QM, etc.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable SAP solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, SAP consultants, and delivery teams.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations.
- Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Business Development or SAP Sales.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B / Enterprise IT sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience selling SAP Cloud, S/4HANA migration, or SAP support projects.
