About the role

  • Drive aggressive B2B field sales for EdTech solutions to Schools, Colleges, Universities & institutions
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business through in-person meetings and cold visits
  • Engage with decision-makers such as HR, L&D, CXOs, and academic heads
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within defined timelines

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of hardcore B2B field sales experience
  • Prior experience in EdTech, Banking, or Insurance
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and a target-driven environment
  • Graduate/MBA preferred
