About the role
- Drive aggressive B2B field sales for EdTech solutions to Schools, Colleges, Universities & institutions
- Identify, pitch, and close new business through in-person meetings and cold visits
- Engage with decision-makers such as HR, L&D, CXOs, and academic heads
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within defined timelines
Requirements
- 2–6+ years of hardcore B2B field sales experience
- Prior experience in EdTech, Banking, or Insurance
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and a target-driven environment
- Graduate/MBA preferred
