About the role

  • In this versatile role, you combine creative content work with organizational and administrative tasks and support our team in day-to-day operations.
  • You develop creative content ideas and produce content for social media (e.g., Reels, Stories, posts) as well as for newsletters, blog posts, and other digital formats.
  • You plan and maintain our content and editorial calendar, ensuring consistent, audience-appropriate communication.
  • You present educational and corporate topics in a clear, structured, and engaging way.
  • You manage our social media channels, interact with the community, and strengthen brand engagement.
  • You coordinate appointments and meetings and act as the first point of contact for general organizational inquiries.
  • You assist with administrative tasks, such as receipt management (pre-accounting), invoicing, and drafting minutes and correspondence.
  • You contribute to the organization and coordination of events and appointments — working remotely and location-independently.

Requirements

  • You have a good sense for content, language, and digital formats and work in a structured and reliable manner.
  • You have experience in content creation, social media, administration, or as an assistant — ideally in a versatile role.
  • You write confidently and with the target audience in mind, for social media as well as for newsletters and blog posts.
  • You work independently, are organized and solution-oriented, and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva).
