• Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate journey that reflects EdSights’ culture, pace, and high bar for talent.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and time zones, managing scheduling with speed and accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a welcoming, responsive, and consistently excellent experience.
• Stay on top of details in Ashby (ATS), making sure candidate records, feedback, and notes are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in building and maintaining Ashby automations, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows that reduce manual work and tighten our process.
• Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, application reviews, and candidate pipeline management.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience, and help implement those improvements.

• Partner with Partnership Directors (AEs) to identify, map, and develop prospecting strategies within your territory
• Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to set introductory meetings with prospective customers
• Develop, test, and refine messaging and positioning to improve engagement and outcomes
• Create and experiment with creative outreach approaches (e.g., tailored email sequences or campaigns) to build new relationships
• Learn and understand each institution’s unique challenges, goals, and gaps
• Develop strong industry knowledge and confidently communicate the value EdSights provides to higher education partners

• Build and scale a multi-channel demand engine
• Design, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting our ideal customer profile, experimenting across owned channels, paid and organic social, search, industry partnerships, and ABM tactics to find what drives repeatable pipeline
• Analyze campaign performance data to double down on what's working and quickly deprioritize what's not
• Turn marketing activity into Sales-ready pipeline
• Partner with RevOps to develop the signals to surface high-intent accounts to the BDR team in a format they can act on immediately
• Work closely with Sales to identify and prioritize target accounts based on ICP fit, intent, and pipeline potential; align on campaign strategy and follow-up processes to ensure strong pipeline conversion
• Own the marketing infrastructure that powers growth
• Oversee and optimize website performance, including conversion rates and qualified inbound traffic
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes; Track key indicators including pipeline and revenue contribution
• Drive the overall channel strategy
• Manage campaign budget across channels, monitor ROI, and make spend allocation decisions grounded in performance data and testing priorities
• Align EdSights' demand generation strategy to our overall growth strategy, in partnership with the Head of Marketing
• Regularly report on campaign results and pipeline impact to Head of Marketing and GTM leadership
