Inside Sales

• Learn and develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory, initially supporting Sales Associates with customer outreach, presentations, budgeting campaigns, and meeting coordination.
• Organize our database, CRM, setting up trials and networks of schools.
• Communicate with schools & groups of schools using Edpuzzle in your assigned region.
• Develop an understanding of their needs & goals.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound emails and phone calls.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with team members and channel partners to build pipelines.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience with Edpuzzle, offer solutions to any challenges, and help ensure they remain with Edpuzzle when their renewal is due.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
