About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn and develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory, initially supporting Sales Associates with customer outreach, presentations, budgeting campaigns, and meeting coordination.
- Organize our database, CRM, setting up trials and networks of schools.
- Communicate with schools & groups of schools using Edpuzzle in your assigned region.
- Develop an understanding of their needs & goals.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound emails and phone calls.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with team members and channel partners to build pipelines.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience with Edpuzzle, offer solutions to any challenges, and help ensure they remain with Edpuzzle when their renewal is due.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 1–2 years of experience in an Inside Sales position or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency and strong English communication skills are required, as this position involves daily interactions with global customers.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via email, over the phone, and in face-to-face conversations.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve—and exceed—measurable sales and performance targets.
- A quick and enthusiastic learner, always eager to absorb new information, tools, and techniques to continuously improve performance.
- Proactive, bold, and confident, with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone and take initiative in unfamiliar situations.
- You thrive under pressure and can maintain focus, efficiency, and positivity even when managing tight deadlines or high-stakes tasks.
- Currently based in the Barcelona city.
- Flexibility to go to the office 2 to 3 days a month.
